Do you ever find yourself going through your fridge and throwing out leftovers and other unused ingredients? This unintended wastefulness is a problem that many families face, and it is exactly what motivated Mark Kamensek and Robin Clark-Kamensek to start LeftOverChef.
Mark and Robin's goal is to help you find ways to use your leftovers. And as a result, the next time you go to cook a large meal, you can find relief knowing that all of your leftovers and unused ingredients won't be in the next week's trash.
What I like most about LeftOverChef is that you can search for recipes based on the ingredients you already have. You can even search by spices if you have no idea what you want to eat, but have a vague sense of what you want your meal to taste like.
If you haven't decided what you're having for dinner tonight, take a look in your fridge, see what ingredients you have on hand, and let LeftOverChef do the rest. Well minus the cooking; you still have to do that.
Have you had any luck with LeftOverChef? Do you have any great leftover recipes to share?
