I enjoy silly "holidays" like National Cheesecake Day and National Underwear Day because I'm a silly person. Another thing I enjoy is free stuff since I'm a cheapskate. September combines two things I enjoy, a silly holiday and free stuff.
September is National Yoga Month. This September there will be free yoga classes, studio passes and other events around the country to celebrate yoga.
Since I've been meaning to try yoga for awhile (Christina here at BeFrugal will convince you that yoga is better than sliced bread) I should give it a try. For those of us who are new to yoga it will be a great low-cost way to give it a try.
Even though there are over 1,000 studios giving free yoga classes some people may not have an event near by. Anyone have tips on how to try yoga without paying a ton of money?
