Everyone knows that cooking at home can help you save a ton of money. There are times though that you find yourself so busy that sitting down and eating an healthy meal isn't in your schedule let alone cooking one. E-Mealz is here to help you get through those times.
Jane DeLaney understands that. She know what great memories can be formed around sitting down for a family dinner. As a mother of four kids and a wife of an associate pastor, DeLaney knows how hard it is to make a meal plan that everyone can enjoy and stick within a budget.
Jane started her research on how to make a meal plan that would work for her family's tastes and budget. As the more she researched the more frustrated she became. In 2003, Jane decided to start E-Mealz with her sister Jenny Cochran. These sisters had a shared goal of helping other families to connect at dinner time by making a simple meal planning tool.
Each week subscribers to E-Mealz will receive a brand new meal plan along with a complete grocery list. Each plan is represented hours of tested recipes, menu planning and price shopping. There are meal plans for different size families and for people with weight loss goals. Here are a few more great points about E-Mealz:
- The dinner menu is organized on a one-page chart. No need for 3 different lists.
- The chart is organized by grocery store sections so you don't run around the store.
- Nothing is too wordy. Just plain and simple instructions so you don't get frustrated with the plan.
- The cost of your grocery list is given at the bottom. E-Mealz tries to keep your bill around $75.
Has anyone used E-Mealz before? Any advice on how to keep sane while trying to plan meals for the family?
What a great concept.
