Took a month and a half to get my jersey. When I contacted customer service they told me that I purchased it "advanced sale" which I did not and no where on the e-mail confirmation did it say that it was advanced sale. So they sent me a new e-mail confirmation saying that it was. You cannot get anyone on the phone, so do not order anything important from them unless you are willing to wait for it.
