I wanted to add to my shopping cart and it said I still had time. I contacted my shopper, Zsa-Zsa, and she said she was not my shopper as shown. I then contacted Instacart chat and they said my shopper IS Zsa-Zsa. I then contacted Zsa-Zsa again and she said no she is not and said she was shopping for 3 people and sent me a photo of one of the item's she shopped for which was definitely not mine and told me I had the wrong person. I told her it shows her name on my end but again she said well it is not her. I then received a notice that my shopper was shopping for me and a few seconds later my shopper was done. When the deliver person came to my door I asked if her name was Zsa-Zsa and she said yes. I told her I was the person she was talking to and she said yes, she had sent that message to the wrong person, me. Why in the world couldn't she have contacted me when she was still shopping and sent that message to the wrong person so I could still add to my order? Laziness maybe?This shopper made everything very confusing than it had to be and Publix could have made more money off me! Worse part is this is not the first time I had an issue with a shopper and they turn off their tracking when they feel like it too. If I ever order using Instacart again I doubt if I will add the tip into my cost but rather give them one at the door if things go smoothly for this shopper should not have received one!

using instacart is great for me as I don't drive, it saves me having to cab to get groceries and they are always really fast and efficient!
