I am blown away by the pricing. Definitely the way to go if you are seeking a decent price on a high end bike/parts. Service was very good - they are very pleasant to deal with on the phone. I had a problem with my brakes after the first week and brought it to my LBS to repair (brake bleed). It was quick and refunded me the full repair costs back to my credit card immediately. Bottom line: great store, friendly and helpful staff - just like a LBS experience.
