Schlotzkys in Austin stores have not honored the 10% or the free senior drink in company owned places, so I have stopped going there. I used to go at least 3 times a week! That's a loss of $24.00 a week x 52=1248!

I do not understand why customers are not allowed to leave tips for these hard working happy employees....There needs to be a tip jar. Even Subway has one.
