I love J C Penny's. Their service has always been good. It is the only place I can order men's clothes in tall for my son who is 6'2" and my grandson who is 6'3". Their men's clothes are the basic men's clothes reasonably price. Returns have always been easy. Please try it because even if they don't carry the more fashionable high end clothes that some of the other stores carry; most of basic reliable things at the average persons buget can afford. Just look at all those higher end stores closing!!!! That should tell you something. Love Penny's

I had no problem purchasing my order and paying for it, but I cannot find out how to get my rebate, I called Pennys for instructions but after 6 phone calls to the Clarksvilel, Jeffersonville store I could not get to talk to anyone, THERE IS NO OPERATOR ON DUTY AT ANY DEPARTMENT WAS THE COMMON ANSWER. How do you run a business like that?

I really used to like shopping at JC Penney until the interest rate got so high ! Of course the bank can't do anything about the rate.very disappointed in your service !

The coupons for JC Penneys as far as I am concerned are worthless. They cannot be used for any kind of small kitchen appliance and their prices are already high on most of it. So I will be telling my kids NO MORE JC Penneys Gift certificates. Bye, Bye JC Penneys
