Macy's Shipping Policies

Macy's Star Rewards Platinum & Gold members get free shipping, no minimum when you shop at Macy's with your Macy's card. Silver & Bronze members get free shipping with a minimum of $25 purchase. All other shoppers get free shipping with a minimum of $49 purchase—contiguous U.S. only. Macy's also offers Contact-Free Curbside Pickup: 11:00 AM -5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Macy's offers you the option to Same Day Delivery, Next Day Delivery, and Buy Online, Pick Up in Store on select items with no shipping fee. Macy's partners with DoorDash® to offer you same-day delivery on your purchases. Once your order is confirmed, Macy's uses DoorDash's Drive platform to arrange for pickup and delivery of your order between 1PM-4PM (local time). Note: At this time, orders cannot be tracked using the DoorDash app.

Macy's Star Program

Join Macy's Star program at the Bronze level for free and get exclusive perks including 1% back in rewards, exclusive offers, a birthday surprise and access to Star Money Bonus Days. Open a Macy's credit card for additional perks.

Macy's Cardholders

Open a Macy's credit card and save an extra 20% on orders for 2 days up to a maximum savings of $100. You'll also be automatically enrolled at Macy's Star program Silver to Platinum level (depending on spend). Perks include 2-5% back in rewards, 25% off Star passes, free shipping (w/no minimum) for Gold and Platinum members plus all other perks of Macy's Star Program.

Macy's Money

During special event periods, Macy's will offer Macy's Money to be used on a purchase at a later date. Usually this is $10 in earned Macy's Money for every $50 spent. Look for this promotion in early December and maybe other times during the year.

Sale Events

Macy's has sale events nearly continuously throughout the year. The Friends & Family events in April and December give up to 30% discount and include brands usually not eligible for discounts.

Sales & Clearance

Shop the Macy's Sale & Clearance section to find the best deals. Here you'll find: Limited Time Specials, Deals of the Day, Lowest Prices of the Season and more. Be on the lookout for "Last Act" items - these are usually low stock or limited size/color/option marked down to the lowest price you can find anywhere, but only available while the limited supplies last.

Gifts with Purchase

Free gifts are available for many beauty brands at Macy's. Best of all, many times these gift will stack, so you can get multiple free gifts on the same beauty order. Typically, free gifts are available by making a purchase of at least a minimum amount on a specific beauty brand.

No-Hurry Shipping

During special promotional periods, Macy's will offer $10 in Macy's Money if you select "no-hurry shipping" on select orders. In the past, this has been offered around late November and early December.

30-Day Return Policy

Macy's allows free returns on most items by mail or in stores within 30 days of purchase. More restrictive policies apply to Last Act* items and certain departments, where they are posted. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, in its original packaging, and with original tags attached.Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
