Kelley won a $25 donation to the veteran charity of her choice<\/h2>\n

Inspired by a cause close to her heart, Kelley Giffen (who tweets as @winterhart<\/a>) from Milwaukee, WI, donated a free tweet to enter the Veteran\u2019s Day Follow Friday Contest <\/a>on 11\/11\/11. Her Twitter entry was selected as the winning tweet.<\/p>\n

After\u00a0she learned that she was the winner, Kelley commented, <\/em>\"I\u00a0am very\u00a0pleased to have won the Veteran's day contest. This rocks<\/span>!\u201d<\/p>\n

Kelley\u2019s husband is a disabled veteran who served in Iraq. She won a $25 donation to be made in her name to the veteran charity of her choice. She selected Disabled Veteran's of America Charitable Service Trust because she\u00a0knew that this organization would benefit from the contribution.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Kelley offers the following advice to the BeFrugal.com community so\u00a0others can win contests, too: \u201cFollow the directions to the letter. That worked for me.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
