I've made apple crisp, apple pie, apple sauce, baked apples, apple juice, dried apples, cranberry apple bread and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.befrugal.com\/blog\/frugal-articles\/eating-in-season-apple-pumpkin-risotto\/\" target=\"_self\">Christina's apple pumpkin risotto<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I\u00a0STILL have apples left over. I've been bringing by my apple dishes to neighbors and the local senior citizens center since there is\u00a0minimal\u00a0space in my freezer. \u00a0Plus a girl can only eat so many apples. I'll try not to pick so many apples next year but I say that every year.<\/p>\n<p>To bring over a dish to the in-laws, I tried this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bigoven.com\/recipe\/165515\/southern-apple-cobbler\" target=\"_blank\">apple cobbler\u00a0recipe <\/a> and it came out fantastic. I'm not a huge fan of cobblers but this one is pretty good. \u00a0My father-in-law ate half of it himself.
