Amanda started her site in 2009 as a way to provide women with straightforward information and key insights into building net worth.<\/p>\n<p>During Amanda's own financial ups and downs, she noticed that many of her struggles were particular to women. She started writing <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailyworth.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">DailyWorth<\/a> as a way to help not only herself, but also the many smart, ambitious working women who would benefit from a site dedicated to financial advice geared towards them.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to her work with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailyworth.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">DailyWorth<\/a>, Amanda also runs a web consultancy called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.soapbxx.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Soapbxx<\/a> and contributes to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/forbeswoman\/\" target=\"_blank\">ForbesWomen.com<\/a>.
