No matter what sales or shopping holidays pop up, it\u2019s always a good idea to start with a budget and a shopping list. Don\u2019t forget to check last year\u2019s inventory and compare what you need versus what you already have before you hit the stores or websites. Items like backpacks and binders might be in good enough shape to use again.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s Amazon Prime Day was July 11\u00a0and\u00a0Cardlytics<\/a>, a firm that tracks purchasing data, reports that parents are using Prime Day as an opportunity to get a jump on back to school shopping. With this year\u2019s Prime Day sale surpassing its 2016 Black Friday and Cyber Monday results, many stores have started online sales earlier in order to remain competitive.<\/p>\n
