BeFrugal offers online coupons from approximately 50,000 stores. TopCashBack offers coupons from 4,380 stores. They each offer in-store printable coupons, in addition to online coupon codes.<\/p>\n

BeFrugal features over 4,000 grocery coupons, and offers coupons from about 250 restaurants. TopCashBack does not have grocery or restaurant coupons available.<\/p>\n

BeFrugal includes a Guarantee to Work alongside every coupon code on its site. TopCashBack does not offer any guarantee.<\/p>\n

Cash back<\/b><\/p>\n

BeFrugal offers cash back when shopping at 5,000 different online stores, and will match 125% of a higher cash back rate through its Cash Back Guarantee. TopCashBack has cash back available at\u00a04,380 stores; they do not have a guarantee on cash back rates.<\/p>\n

Both BeFrugal and TopCashBack offer cash back on exclusive local deals (through Groupon or similar).<\/p>\n

Customer Service <\/b><\/p>\n

TopCashBack and BeFrugal both provide email support to customers.<\/p>\n

BeFrugal also offers live chat support from 8:00am \u2013 4:30pm EST Monday through Friday. TopCashBack does not have live support available.<\/p>\n

Sign-up<\/b><\/p>\n

There is no credit card required to sign up for either BeFrugal or TopCashBack. Both BeFrugal and TopCashback offer a free membership with only an email address needed to join.\u00a0BeFrugal offers a $10 sign up bonus, and a $10 bonus when members refer a friend.
