Recently the team at BeFrugal interviewed the life-style and frugal living expert Leah Ingram. Leah offers weekly tips about saving money and living frugally on her blog Suddenly Frugal, and she is the author of a new book Suddenly Frugal: How to Live Happier and Healthier for Less. Although raised by a very frugal mother, Leah's own path towards frugality truly began in the early 2000s, when through a series of home equity loans and good intentions, she and her husband realized that their family was living beyond their means. To address this problem, they made the decision to start living much more frugally. Since then, she has become an expert at living and preaching frugality.
Her latest book Suddenly Frugal: How to Live Happier and Healthier for Less goes into great detail about what the average person can do to live a frugal lifestyle and start saving noticeable amounts of money annually. By sharing her own personal anecdotes and offering practical tips about cutting back expenses, Leah provides a wonderful foundation for anyone looking to reduce spending and save some money.
