Recently, the team at BeFrugal interviewed J.D. Roth, a personal finance blogger and author. At his blog Get Rich Slowly J.D. shares stories about debt elimination, saving money, and practical investing. J.D.'s blog emerged from his own experiences with debt. After reading a handful of personal finance books to help himself resolve his money problems, he wrote an article called "Get Rich Slowly" and published it on his personal blog. His article received a great deal of positive feedback, and J.D. soon realized that there are a lot of people out there searching for practical personal finance advice. This realization led to the creation of his critically acclaimed blog Get Rich Slowly.
This past year, J.D.'s first book Your Money: The Missing Manual arrived in stores. In his book, he offers readers practical advice for getting the most out of their money. This book is great for helping people set personal financial goals, find ways out of debt, or just make a good financial situation even better.
